Seeing everyone come together has been truly inspiring and has reminded me how powerful community and connection can be.

With that spirit in mind, I’m excited to share that I’m bringing back my physiotherapist-led yoga classes—with a 5-week virtual series designed to support pelvic health while enhancing mobility and strength throughout the body.


🌿 Introducing:

Move From Your Centre:

A Virtual Group Yoga Class Series for Pelvic Health & Whole-Body Wellness

I’m excited to invite you to a 5-week virtual yoga series designed to optimize your pelvic health while supporting mobility and strength from head to toe—all from the comfort of your home.

These 60-minute classes will guide you through gentle, therapeutic movements that nourish both your body and mind.

In this series, we will:

✅ Optimize breathing patterns to support the core, pelvic floor, and nervous system.

✅ Improve spinal mobility and postural strength to move with greater ease and freedom.

✅ Gently improve joint mobility and build strength throughout the body.

✅ Incorporate restorative practices to support the nervous system and deepen body awareness.

✅ Cultivate confidence and ease in movement through a mindful, supportive approach.

This class is for you if you are experiencing:

• Pelvic health concerns such as pain, prolapse, or incontinence

• Post-natal recovery

• Pre-natal (pregnancy-friendly modifications included)

• Peri or post-menopause

• Osteoarthritis or joint pain

Class Accessibility:

This series is appropriate for all levels, though participants should be comfortable:

• Transitioning from lying down, to hands and knees and standing.

• Getting up and down from the floor.

• Modifications will be provided to meet you where you are.

What You’ll Need:

🧘 A yoga mat

👕 Comfortable clothing

🟦 A yoga block (optional)

🛏️ A towel or small pillow

🧣 A yoga strap or therapeutic exercise band

Date: Starting Friday March 21st - April 18th

Time: 🕒 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Location: Virtually Via Zoom

Investment: $125.00 for 5 Week Series ($25.00/class)
